7-DAY Return Policy
WE ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR RETURNS WITHIN 7-DAYS STARTING ON THE PRODUCT DELIVERY DATE.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $9.95 RETURN PROCESSING FEE.
As an example, if you receive your order on a Monday your last day to request a return would be the following Sunday.
The "product delivery date" is defined as the delivery date listed on the postal tracking information provided by our postal partners. All product shipped will include postal tracking and this tracking will be made available to each customer via the customer provided email upon order shipment.
All products must not be worn, altered, or washed. The product must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Products from our website will be shipped with an attached security I.D.. These I.D.'s ensure the product we receive back is genuine. Products returned without the original security I.D. will not qualify for a refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Step 1 :
SEND A REQUEST
Fill out the form within 7-days starting on the product delivery
Step 2 :
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND PRE-PAID RETURN POSTAGE
Once the return has been requested, we will send you an email which contains a pre-paid postage label as well as instructions on how to complete the return.
Please Note: The pre-paid return postage will go void after a 7-day period. Once the 7-day period has past and the postage has voided, we will consider the return request cancelled if the item has not been mailed.
Step 3 :
REFUND AND PROCESSING TIME
If your return as been requested within the specified 7-day return time period described at the top of this policy and your return merchandise has been mailed / received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
