Return Policy

WE ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR RETURNS UP TO 7-DAYS AFTER THE PRODUCT DELIVERY DATE.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $9.95 RETURN POSTAGE FEE.
All merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. The merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Some items from our website will be shipped with an attached security tag. These tags ensure the merchandise we receive back is genuine. Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag will not qualify for a refund. Final Sale items may not be returned. Please Note: Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Please Note: Only returns which are requested within the 7-day period described above will be accepted.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND PRE-PAID RETURN POSTAGE
Once the return has been requested, we will send you an email which contains a pre-paid postage label as well as instructions on how to complete the return.

Please Note: The pre-paid return postage will go void after a 7-day period. Once the 7-day period has past and the postage has voided, we will consider the return request cancelled if the item has not been mailed.
REFUND AND PROCESSING TIME
If your return as been requested within the specified 7-day return time period described at the top of this policy and your return merchandise has been mailed / received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
